SMS and call terms

The sender is USA Land Offers (USA Equity Investors, LLC). These terms apply when you separately choose to receive the relevant messages or calls. You do not need to opt in to receive an offer, purchase goods or services, or sell your property.

Choose the communications you want

• Property-inquiry texts: SMS about your property inquiry, questions, appointments, and transaction updates. These may be automated or AI-assisted.
• Marketing texts and calls: Recurring promotional texts and calls about our land buying services and offers. These may use an automatic telephone dialing system, AI-assisted texts, or an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice.

The property-update and marketing choices are separate and start unchecked. The marketing choice expressly covers both marketing texts and automated or AI voice calls; it does not grant the separate property-update text permission. Submitting the inquiry accepts the website terms but does not select either communication permission. Your permission is limited to USA Land Offers at the phone number you provide. You confirm you are at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of that number. Please tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Your electronic consent

Checking a communication box, entering your name and phone number, and selecting “Request my cash offer” electronically signs the permission described beside that box. We retain a dated record of the selected choices and disclosures. Leaving a box unchecked means you have not granted that permission.

Frequency, charges, and availability

Text and call frequency varies with your inquiry, activity, and selected program. Message and data rates may apply to texts, and your carrier’s charges may apply to calls. Delivery depends on network availability and carrier support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all devices or carriers may support every feature.

STOP, HELP, and withdrawing consent

Reply STOP to a text to opt out. You may also use ordinary language clearly asking us to stop, tell a caller, email support@usalandoffers.com, call (855) 956-2650, or communicate your withdrawal by another reasonable method. You do not need to use one exclusive method or pay a fee to withdraw consent.

We will honor a request to stop texts and automated calls in accordance with applicable requirements. You may receive one nonpromotional confirmation of the opt-out. We will not resume communications requiring the withdrawn permission unless you provide new consent. Reply HELP for help, or use the email address or phone number above.

AI assistance and human contact

Where you have selected the relevant permission, texts may be AI-assisted and calls may use an AI-generated voice. You may request a person or end the interaction. AI assistance does not guarantee an offer, make a valuation binding, or finalize a land sale. Call permission alone does not authorize recording where separate permission is required.

Privacy

Your mobile number and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may process information needed to communicate on our behalf. Read our Privacy Policy for details about information, consent records, and your choices.
