Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, property location or parcel number, county, state, acreage, property type, preferred timing, and notes. We also keep the inquiry’s time and confirmation number.

To document your communication choices, we record which boxes you selected or left unselected, the wording and version shown, your submitted name and phone number, the submission time, the form’s web address, and available IP address and browser information. These records help us demonstrate what you authorized and resolve questions about consent.

How we use information

We use your details to evaluate a property, respond to your request, arrange conversations, support a potential transaction, maintain records, and prevent misuse. Text messages and automated or AI voice calls depend on the separate permissions you choose. Accepting website terms or supplying a phone number alone does not enroll you in those communications.

If you choose marketing texts and automated marketing calls, we may contact you about our land buying services and offers within that permission. You can request an offer and work with us without granting marketing, text, or automated-call consent.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Consent applies to USA Land Offers and is not transferred to another marketer. We may give service providers the limited information needed to operate communications on our behalf, subject to their service obligations.

Automation and AI assistance

Where you have selected the relevant permission, our communications may use automated delivery or AI assistance. Artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice calls require the permission explicitly describing automated and AI voice calls on our form. Service providers supporting those communications may process the information needed to provide them. You may ask to speak with a person or withdraw your permission. Automated communications do not create a binding land purchase agreement.

Service providers and disclosures

Our hosting, database, communications, and technical service providers may process information to deliver services for us. If a transaction moves forward, we may share relevant details with the title company, escrow provider, or professionals involved. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights and security. We do not sell your personal information or provide it to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

Cookies and technical information

The hosting service may process connection data and operational logs and use necessary cookies for access or sign-in. We use a temporary hashed connection identifier to limit repeated form submissions; expired rate-limit records are cleared during later requests. Consent records are kept separately as described above. This website does not add advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.

Retention and protection

We retain inquiries and consent records for as long as reasonably needed to handle requests, maintain communication preferences, support transactions, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Access is limited to the operation of our business and service providers performing their work. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, or identity documents through the inquiry form.

Your choices and requests

All text and automated-call choices are optional and unchecked by default. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller, emailing us, calling us, or using another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate communications already made with your permission.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information and exercise other privacy rights available under applicable law by emailing support@usalandoffers.com. We may verify your identity and retain information needed for legal duties, transactions, disputes, or an opt-out record. You can also contact us by phone or email instead of submitting the form.

Adults and policy updates

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly seek information from children. We may update this policy; the effective date above identifies this version. A policy update does not by itself expand the communication permissions you granted.
